Our Denver Metro Home Market continues to show some changes, as the overall activity feels slower for both Buyers and Sellers! As we have felt this shift coming on, it is partially part of a normal adjustment to what has been an extremely hot market, and some of it is just Seasonal and that time of year! Our Inventory has settled in, and is actually a little less than this time last year. Pricing has settled in a bit with YTD Appreciation for Single Family Homes at just 2.5% and Condos/Townhomes at 4.0%! The luxury market have been active with increases in Homes Sold and Volume, but prices have been relatively flat!
Buyers are more cautious right now, but have some great opportunities with flat prices, and continued low interest rates! Sellers can still List, Market, Sell and Close a home in 2019 with my aggressive Marketing Plan, and correct Pricing at the beginning of the Listing!
