Our Market in 2019 is very similar to 2018 with a couple exceptions like Price Appreciation has slowed a lot and looks to end the year in the 2-4% vs the 8-10% we have seen over the last several years and the Days on the Market is increasing!
Here is the good news! Buyers are still alive and well, but they are looking for value and will not over pay for a home right now! In the first week of October our market has seen about 1700 homes come on the market, and almost the same amount have gone Under Contract! The glaring statistic is we have seen about 2000 Price Reductions, (Adjustments, Improvements, Enhancements) in the first week of October!
The Fall Market has started slowly, but I think we will see a very active October and November!
